From the first moment I entered Outreach Women & Children's Hospital Lekki (Babies Matter Medical), I was highly impressed with their professionalism and promptness in attending to me. I had a case of ruptured membranes at 30 weeks and 3 days pregnant and upon entering the reception, I was welcomed by the MD, the Paediatrician, the Gynaecologist, nurses and others who were assigned to my case. Prompt admission, had a CS within one hour of being admitted and baby rushed to NICU. The level of care from the nurses and doctors assigned to me and my baby is exemplary. I was so well taken care of, I was fit and discharged within three days after my delivery My baby remained in NICU, however he was thriving due to the quick intervention of the NICU team. Detailed information of what they were doing, what was expected, was given to me. I saw other moms with their babies and the atmosphere was one of hope and resilience, the moms created a close bond. Within two weeks, my baby was fit to be out of the incubator, absolutely no issues during his stay. I must say that Babies Matter Medical Lekki, has a team equipment and an environment that is to the standard of other standardized NICU centers in the world . Such an achievement in Nigeria needs to be publicized and given due praise.

I recently had the privilege of being under the care of Dr Mudasiru at Babies Matter Medical in Outreach Hospital at Lekki Lagos, and her experience was nothing short of outstanding. Her commitment to babies is truly commendable. And the staff too show professionalism. The atmosphere of the organisation is efficient and reassuring. Dr took her time to thoroughly inspect and care for babies, and the level of her cleanliness is top notch. Her dedication ensures the babies are progressing smoothly. Babies Matter maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and also creates an environment that fosters healing and comfort. I am grateful for the outstanding level of medical care my baby received. My observation at Babies Matter Medical centre (in Outreach Signature Hospital for mothers and babies) is a wonderful one, a new experience of life. The NICU section is well equipped with modern day facilities: incubators, monitors, oxygen contractors etc. With well trained neonatal personnel to attend to babies at every minute of the day/night. It is an experience for me as a mother watching the medical personnel being friendly and dedicated to the incubators, talking and attending to them with love and passion. The patience they exhibit with the mothers when we ask questions, even the most irrelevant questions is commendable because it takes patience, commitment and passion to work in the NICU.

The neonatal doctor Dr Mudasiru is a real mother in all aspects. Very meticulous when it comes to baby care. She ensures that things are done properly and at the right time. Her passion and care for the babies touched my heart.
